Registration deadline extended to August 15th, 2025

The program will include both experimental and theoretical presentations, poster sessions, evening lectures, and discussion panels to foster an engaging and productive exchange of ideas.

The seminar is free of charge and fully covers the costs of accommodation and meals. Transportation costs must be covered by the junior participants themselves. Lecturers will be granted a fixed reimbursement for transportation expenses. The deadline for registration is August 15th, 2025.

The organizers encourage the junior participants to present their work in the form of a poster (format A0). The  number of participants at the seminar is limited. Therefore, priority will be given to registrations with an accepted poster.

All participants are invited to register and send an abstract for their contribution.

The final decision on the acceptance of participation will be communicated not later than end of August, 2025.
